Founded in 1935, Riley Welding & Fabricating is a family-owned custom fabricating and welding company based in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Backed by a commitment to meet clients’ needs while striving to exceed expectations, Riley quickly established itself as the preferred fabricator for many growing clients in the local market.

In 2010, Stewart & Tate, Inc., a full-service construction firm based in York, Pennsylvania, purchased Riley. With this strategic acquisition, Stewart & Tate added the ability to furnish high quality, specialized metal fabrications for its Industrial Construction Division projects. In addition, Riley’s customers gained access to the unique construction capabilities of Stewart & Tate.
